Order Processing

Customer Care team is available throughout working hours (10am-6pm IST) 6days a week to deal with queries related to any subscription order. Computerized processing of orders right from Quotations to Invoice Generation and Remittance. Tried and Tested System software in place to efficiently carry out processing of orders. Information stored in the system database can be of much analytical help to publishers in terms of usage and popularity of their products.. Order copies are sent electronically as well in order to ensure that there's no delay involved. Complete details about the end user are provided to publishers for their own records. Suitable remittance options.

Renewals

Meticulously handle the renewals of journals. Clients are informed of their soon-to-be expired subscriptions well in advance. Regular follow ups are done and alerts for renewal of journals is maintained in the system database.
